Sanitation Technician, Food Production

The Sanitation Technician, Food Production role is onsite in Monticello, WI, and pays $18–$20 per hour. The technician supports Family Fresh Pack Inc, a custom cheese packaging company whose products are distributed across the United States. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic production environment so products meet food-safety standards. Routine and deep cleaning, equipment disassembly and reassembly, and compliance with sanitation and safety procedures support production readiness and product safety.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment using the 7 Steps of Sanitation
• disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed
• clean floors, drains, walls, coolers, warehouses, and non-production areas
• assist with deep and shutdown cleaning
• follow PPE, lockout/tagout, and chemical-handling procedures
• report unsafe conditions
• comply with GMPs and SSOPs
• and participate in training, audits, reviews, and team meetings.
