Job overview

The Cook (PM/Weekend Availability) role is onsite in Yukon, OK; pay is $13–$16 per hour. The cook supports kitchen operations at Rib Crib BBQ. What you'll do

• Prepare vegetables, sides, meats, and poultry
• smoke meats
• measure food weights and portions
• maintain efficient kitchen food flow
• clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
• remove garbage
• use cleaning products safely
• follow equipment safety procedures
• assist with other tasks as needed to support the shift.
