• translate lease and work-letter terms into construction-ready guidance
• track contractual dates and escalate schedule risks
• resolve open items before site mobilization
• validate and manage risk registers
• coordinate design reviews
• oversee lease-defined budgets, schedules, and change workflows
• establish project governance and launch meetings
• prepare executive status reports.
