Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Norwood, MA, paying $25–$30 per hour. The position supports facilities maintenance for DCD Automotive/Nucar, an automotive group serving customers through its vehicle, parts, and service operations. The technician completes assigned maintenance, troubleshoots and replaces malfunctioning equipment, and performs preventive maintenance. Reviewing plans and specifications for construction or renovation work also helps support the company’s facilities and ongoing projects.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work assigned by Facilities Management personnel
• review plans and specifications for new or ongoing construction and renovation projects
• troubleshoot and replace malfunctioning equipment
• perform assigned preventive maintenance
• safely lift and move materials up to approximately 50 pounds
• maintain a current valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
