Machine Operator

What you'll do

• Identify and participate in efficiency, product-quality, and safety improvements
• check machines for hazards before startup
• start equipment and verify oven gas valves
• inspect and patch press belts as needed
• check divider assembly
• maintain production lines and report problems to the supervisor
• keep the area clean under 5S standards
• check dough-ball weight, tortilla appearance, and form
• complete the daily dough waste report and utensil sign-in/out
• check the production schedule.
