Automotive Service Technician

What you'll do

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• conduct multipoint vehicle inspections with video
• discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor
• communicate additional service requests
• plan work with the shop foreman
• provide labor-time estimates
• monitor repair time and update the service advisor
• follow dealership vehicle-care and operation policies
• document customer repairs
• assist in mentoring technician trainees
• attend company and factory training
• and keep current with factory technical bulletins.
