What you'll do

• Manage LJC project data in Deltek Vantagepoint and coordinate integrated project records with Clayco in Unanet
• gather project information through closeout
• produce project pages, narratives, and resume content
• maintain employee resumes and OpenAsset images, graphics, rights, and licenses
• track project, hiring, and pursuit work in Asana
• support Go/No-Go records and the move to Dynamics CRM
• capture reusable content from proposals and interviews
• supply approved content to digital marketing channels
• coordinate marketing information for new hires and departures
• work with system consultants and administrators on reports and process improvements
• maintain brand and data standards.
