What you'll do

• Manage lease-flow paperwork and prepare move-ins
• complete lease paperwork
• support community marketing initiatives with the Community Manager
• maintain accurate leasing and Yardi records
• respond to calls and online or email leads
• identify resident needs and arrange tours
• follow up after showings
• maintain knowledge of availability, amenities, and neighborhoods
• conduct zone walks and quality-control checks
• compile competitor surveys
• resolve resident concerns and support renewals.
