What you'll do

• Oversee construction, renovations, repairs, and capital improvements
• develop scopes, estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, and timelines
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, permits, and inspections
• manage concurrent projects and address delays and cost overruns
• inspect sites for code, safety, and quality
• report progress, budgets, and risks
• develop scalable systems, standard procedures, tracking, communication workflows, and dashboards
• travel between properties and respond to urgent operational needs as required.
