The Caregiver (Hoyer Lift, Split Shift) role is in person in Moore, SC. Pay is $15.00–$15.50 per hour. A Step Above Home Care provides in-home care to a client with cerebral palsy who is non-ambulatory. The caregiver provides one-on-one assistance with daily living and mobility needs, supporting the client’s well-being and independence in the home. Hoyer lift experience is required, and the listed schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30–7:30 a.m. and 2:30–6:30 p.m.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one in-home care
• assist with daily living activities, mobility, and transfers
• support meal preparation, feeding, and medication management
• document client progress and report changes
• maintain a safe living environment
• collaborate with healthcare professionals on personalized care plans.
