What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, toileting, transfers, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as appropriate
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with errands, transportation, shopping, and mail
• engage clients in activities
• document care and report changes in condition.
