What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans
• conduct and interpret clinical and functional behavior assessments
• use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust programs
• supervise and coach Behavior Technicians and team members
• train and support staff and families
• provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate
• participate in parent and treatment team meetings
• complete clinical documentation and billing
• maintain compliance with ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
