What you'll do

• Provide friendly guest service in person and by telephone
• greet guests
• address guest concerns respectfully
• handle registrations, reservations, store sales, and refunds according to procedures
• follow cash and credit-card handling procedures
• use front-desk equipment
• complete scheduled stocking and cleaning
• promote local attractions and KOA programs
• assist with qualified maintenance or housekeeping duties when assigned.
