What you'll do

• Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation
• assist cooks
• prepare and label nourishments
• portion desserts, salads, and other non-entrée foods and pour beverages
• follow production and pre-preparation sheets
• wash and prepare produce
• slice and measure or weigh meat
• clean equipment and work areas
• sweep and mop kitchen floors, take out trash, wash pots and pans, and wash and store dishes and silverware
• meet meal schedules.
