Apartment Maintenance Technician

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with a stated pay range of $20–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks, including appliance, plumbing, minor HVAC, electrical, painting, grounds, and pool work
• respond to tenant maintenance requests and provide scheduling updates
• inspect interior and exterior areas for safety, cleanliness, and repairs
• clean and paint units for re-leasing.
