By collaborating with classroom educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), the Paraeducator helps empower students to reach their full potential and build essential academic and social skills.

- Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment, implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions, monitor student progress, manage student behavior, and maintain accurate documentation of student performance.
