What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements
• advise technology companies on intellectual property and contractual matters
• counsel emerging-growth and later-stage/public companies
• advise on IP and commercial aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
• conduct IP and contract diligence
• identify and address legal and commercial risks
• collaborate across practice groups
• provide business-oriented advice
• manage transactional matters and maintain direct client contact.
