What you'll do

• Support the mill’s Quality and Process Engineering teams
• complete trials involving pulp substitution, energy efficiency, chemical efficiency, and product development
• identify safety hazards and possible solutions
• test paper properties
• coordinate adjustments with operators
• record quality impacts in the lab
• develop office models to track performance
• document procedures
• and present findings and results to management.
