What you'll do

• Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, balances, and deposits
• monitor hotel revenues and expenses
• create annual budgets and monthly variance analyses
• oversee daily operating reports and financial reporting
• investigate variances and recommend improvements
• support capital planning and bid processes
• maintain accounting controls and regulatory compliance
• reconcile balance sheet accounts
• coach hotel leaders
• hire, train, supervise, and develop the Finance team
• partner with the Executive Committee.
