What you'll do

• Set up fixtures in manual and CNC machines
• operate lathes and milling machines
• read blueprints, job orders, and specifications
• select tooling and determine feeds, speeds, and depth of cut
• secure tooling and workpieces
• load and run CNC programs
• use precision measuring instruments
• inspect parts against specifications and tolerances
• complete production and inspection documentation
• maintain quality standards and support efficient production.
