What you'll do

• Develop market growth strategies and development forecasts
• analyze target markets and trade areas
• lead site identification, evaluation, and approval
• guide franchisees through site selection and development
• negotiate letters of intent, leases, renewals, amendments, and purchase agreements
• supervise and mentor real estate staff
• monitor portfolio performance and lead renewal, relocation, remodel, rightsizing, and disposition initiatives.
