The Dentist — General Practice role is onsite in Erie, PA, and is full-time. Compensation includes a $200,000 annualized guarantee for the first six months and uncapped earning potential up to $700,000 annually based on production. What you'll do

• Examine patients, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Provide restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• perform simple extractions
• educate patients on oral health
• and coordinate specialist referrals when appropriate.
