What you'll do

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants
• plan shift services and activities with assigned staff
• prepare written and oral shift reports and recommendations
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• administer medications as ordered by physicians
• maintain working relationships across departments
• monitor staff compliance with safety regulations
• protect confidential resident care information.
