What you'll do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff
• follow site procedures and respond to emergencies when appropriate
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points
• report unusual activity and property or maintenance concerns
• and complete activity logs and incident reports.
