Professional Law Firm Administrator

Job overview

The Professional Law Firm Administrator role is in-office in South Florida, with travel to firm locations as needed. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year. Cabanas Law Firm guides clients through family law matters with compassion, integrity, and excellence. The administrator builds and improves the operational infrastructure needed to support the firm's growth while maintaining quality, accountability, profitability, and client service. The role partners with firm leadership and operational managers to standardize workflows, measure performance, and carry strategic initiatives through implementation.

What you'll do

• Build, document, implement, audit, and improve firm operating systems
• standardize workflows across attorneys, paralegals, legal teams, and offices
• establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, management rhythms, and accountability systems
• monitor attorney and paralegal capacity, productivity, workflow, and performance
• identify operational breakdowns and root causes
• improve delegation and leverage
• lead operational managers and hold teams accountable for measurable results
• develop repeatable systems for geographic expansion
• oversee facilities and operational readiness across locations
• partner with legal leadership on case flow, client service, efficiency, and profitability
• lead strategic initiatives through implementation, training, adoption, and measurement
• partner with the CEO and executive team on growth and continuous improvement.
