What you'll do

• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• promote quality resident care and clinical outcomes
• collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
• monitor clinical documentation, care planning, and compliance
• support nursing staff recruitment, orientation, education, and retention
• maintain survey readiness and participate in quality improvement
• address clinical concerns and implement corrective action plans when appropriate.
