What you'll do

• Monitor irrigation reports and deploy technicians to troubleshoot issues
• maintain and synchronize the Lynx irrigation system
• optimize schedules based on zone sequencing and water-use data
• monitor pump stations, lake water, and Country Club gas usage
• prepare irrigation improvement quotes and communications
• oversee irrigation system repairs
• liaise with landscapers and CAMs
• oversee association vehicles and equipment
• maintain scheduling and tracking systems
• keep work and common areas safe and clean
• review team timecards
• report issues to the Executive Director
• respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
