What you'll do

• Provide local project oversight
• manage healthcare construction and renovation projects through closeout and operational readiness
• coordinate clients, hospital stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• administer contracts and address risks
• develop and manage budgets and schedules
• oversee project definition, design, cost management, quality, change orders, commissioning, and move-in
• prepare feasibility materials, workplans, proposals, and reports
• maintain project data
• and build local industry relationships. Regular local and regional travel is required, with occasional travel outside the Nashville market possible.
