Insurance Restoration Project Manager

The Insurance Restoration Project Manager role is onsite in Smyrna, TN. Compensation is $75,000–$110,000 per year. CAMCO Construction & Restoration restores properties across Middle Tennessee after fire, water, and storm damage. The project manager oversees restoration work from initial scope through completion, coordinating clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role supports timely, on-budget, quality project delivery and a clear restoration process for property owners and businesses.

What you'll do

• Manage fire, water, and storm restoration projects from initial scope to completion
• serve as primary contact for clients
• coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters on claims
• develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• supervise subcontractors and crews
• conduct site visits
• maintain contracts, change orders, invoices, and reports
• present project updates.
