What you'll do

• Review and interpret project specifications and drawings
• produce accurate take-offs and pricing for projects ranging from $10M to $100M
• manage minority participation matrices
• solicit subcontractor and vendor quotes
• assist in creating construction schedules
• maintain labor and equipment databases
• lead and mentor estimating teams
• identify project risks.
