What you'll do

• Identify customers’ self-storage needs and recommend solutions
• provide face-to-face service
• work toward monthly sales goals
• walk the property and perform lock checks
• show units
• rent storage units and sell merchandise
• manage leasing, accept payments through the POS system, complete bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and grounds
• maintain the facility, including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning storage units.
