What you'll do

• Coordinate and facilitate medical training for employees and contractors
• audit children’s electronic health records
• review prescriptions and clarify with providers when needed
• assist with prior authorizations and consents
• coordinate care with nurses, physicians, pharmacies, and other professionals
• enter medical information
• participate in service initiation and care meetings
• provide telephone and in-person triage as needed
• coordinate access to durable medical equipment, medications, and supportive services
• document collaboration and training
• maintain rotating on-call coverage.
