What you'll do

• Assist the Front Desk team with guest room requests and deliveries, answer guest questions, and monitor and restock supplies
• clean and prepare the entrance, lobby, and front desk surroundings
• inspect, clean, sanitize, and restock public restrooms
• maintain hallways, elevators, stairwells, amenity areas, and service areas
• review property events and group activities
• report maintenance concerns
• complete shift handoffs and return radios and keys.
