Wound Care Nurse

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and assistance with daily living activities
• supervise and coordinate certified nursing assistants and medication technicians
• participate in individualized care-plan development and implementation
• observe changes in resident status and notify physicians and families or representatives as needed
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• perform wound treatments and monitor progress
• educate and support residents, families, and staff on wound care and skin integrity.
