What you'll do

• Complete service requests and routine repairs
• document work
• identify and report potential issues
• maintain grounds
• inspect property and units
• replace HVAC filters and check fire-safety equipment
• order supplies
• prepare vacant units
• monitor contractors
• perform repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC if licensed, carpentry, drywall, painting, and lighting.
