What you'll do

• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, teardowns, and overhauls on large industrial AC/DC motors.
• Conduct insulation resistance, surge, and mechanical tolerance testing.
• Execute field service troubleshooting, laser alignment, and dynamic balancing.
• Operate overhead cranes, hydraulic presses, and shop machining equipment.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and service reports using diagnostic software.
