This scientist develops and applies analytical methods to characterize drug candidates and support discovery, development, process work, and regulatory filings. The role contributes analytical evidence needed to understand product quality and comparability.

What you'll do

• Develop LC-UV and/or LC-MS methods for purity analysis and impurity characterization
• support stability analysis, analytical comparability, and forced degradation studies
• write and review protocols, reports, and regulatory source documents
• maintain and help set up analytical equipment
• contribute to method development, qualification, validation, and transfer
• review external laboratory protocols and reports
• lead analytical characterization of peptides, oligonucleotides, and peptide-oligo conjugates
• design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot LC-MS experiments.
