The Construction Manager III–IV — Municipal Water Infrastructure role is onsite in the East Bay, CA, with office locations in Pleasanton and Concord available as needed and physical presence at client project sites four to five days per week. Pay is $130,525–$198,785 per year for the East Bay region. West Yost focuses on water resource management and engineering solutions for public agencies and communities. The manager oversees water and wastewater construction projects while leading and developing construction management staff. The role also supports client relationships, project delivery, regional practice growth, and business development across the East Bay.

What you'll do

• Oversee civil construction projects focused on water or wastewater
• recruit, mentor, and lead construction management professionals
• maintain client and municipal agency relationships
• pursue work and develop proposals and budgets
• review plans, specifications, contractor pay requests, change orders, disputes, and claims
• lead project meetings and prepare reports
• manage project teams, resident inspectors, administrative support, and subconsultants
• travel to client offices and project sites.
