What you'll do

• Develop and execute the market’s strategic business plan
• drive commercial loan, deposit, treasury, and fee-income growth
• build relationships with business owners, executives, high-net-worth clients, and community leaders
• originate and structure commercial and commercial real estate loans
• oversee loan portfolio quality
• lead, coach, recruit, and retain commercial bankers
• set production, profitability, and expense goals
• expand market share and deepen client relationships
• cross-sell commercial, treasury, wealth, and other products
• develop referral relationships and participate in community and business-development activities
• partner with internal teams
• maintain credit quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• report market performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
