What you'll do

• Champion customer service, clinical quality, and continuous improvement
• document patient discussions, visit notes, vital signs, and health histories in the EHR
• provide generalized drug education with assistance from nurse practitioners
• respond to referring-provider clinical questions and requests
• prepare, document, dispense, and administer infusion medications and injection therapy according to package inserts, policies, and insurance authorizations
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
