Senior Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead Total Productive Maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability strategies
• oversee corrective and preventive maintenance programs
• plan and schedule maintenance employees, materials, and activities
• develop procedures for monitoring equipment performance, safety, and effectiveness
• analyze performance data and implement corrective actions
• collaborate across teams
• manage personnel decisions
• inspect facilities and lead process improvements
• plan repairs using blueprints and manuals as needed.
