What you'll do

• Lead backlog refinement with Product Owners and subject-matter experts
• write user stories with Given/When/Then acceptance criteria
• develop implementation-ready specifications covering business rules, edge cases, examples, and sample data
• define role and permission matrices and user lifecycle rules
• document agency and user setup and access-management requirements
• use AI tools to draft and refine requirements and test scenarios while validating outputs
• maintain traceability in Azure DevOps
• support UAT, acceptance testing, and role/permission regression testing
• model processes using BPMN and decision tables
• ensure AI-assisted workflows do not expose sensitive information.
