The Project Manager III, Nuclear Projects role is onsite in Richland, WA, with compensation of $80–$90 per hour. The role manages complex, multidisciplinary projects and programs, leading project teams and coordinating project controls, finance, vendors, and other managers. The project manager oversees planning, scheduling, budgets, risk, and technical documentation to support safe and effective project execution. The role reviews work packages and implementation plans, identifies quality or schedule improvements, and provides leadership and oversight to project teams.

What you'll do

• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgets, and activity controls
• lead multidisciplinary project teams
• review project schedules, work orders, risk registers, quality inspections, testing plans, materials, and implementation strategies
• validate work order tasks before field activities
• remediate deficient work instructions
• review testing and acceptance plans
• identify opportunities for mock-ups
• communicate operating experience
• provide project oversight and coaching
• coordinate resources and vendors
• attend key project strategy meetings.
