What you'll do

• Present treatment plans clearly and supportively
• explain costs, insurance coverage, and payment options
• liaise between patients and the dental team to coordinate appointments and next steps
• answer financial and scheduling questions
• maintain accurate records
• follow up with patients to keep treatment on track
• provide a patient-first experience from consultation to completion.
