The Commercial Driver and Applicator/Warehouse role is onsite in Tazewell, VA. Pay is $17–$23 per hour. The position is based at Carroll County Cooperative’s Tazewell Branch and supports customers’ agricultural field treatment and facility operations. The role prepares and applies agronomy products to customer fields while also assisting with warehouse and facility work. It contributes to accurate product application, safe equipment operation, and reliable handling of merchandise and deliveries in accordance with customer work orders, government regulations, and Coop procedures.

What you'll do

• Prepare and apply fertilizer, crop protectants, lime, and other treatment products according to customer work orders
• transfer bulk products and operate spreading equipment
• check application and spread patterns
• receive, unload, count, verify, and inspect merchandise
• maintain equipment and records
• follow safety requirements and use PPE. May drive delivery routes for feed and farm supplies or work in the feed mill as business needs determine.
