The director collaborates with recruiters and business stakeholders to fulfill job orders and deliver projects effectively.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships
• conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• generate new job orders weekly
• manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
• utilize Bullhorn to log activity and manage business
• collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
