What you'll do

• Lead clinical development strategy and execution for U.S. and global hematology/oncology programs
• represent the company in FDA and other health authority interactions
• build relationships with investigators and key opinion leaders
• oversee trial protocols, benefit-risk assessment, safety governance, and data interpretation
• lead the U.S. clinical team and external partners
• support regulatory submissions and health authority responses
• provide clinical input to corporate strategy, business development, board discussions, and investor communications
• establish clinical governance and quality standards.
