The Lead Teacher, School-Age Child Care is an onsite, full-time role in Wadsworth, OH, paying $16–$20 per hour. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom experience by supervising children, planning developmentally appropriate learning activities, and partnering with families and center colleagues to support children’s growth and development.

What you'll do

• Supervise children ages 6 weeks to 12 years
• create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
• maintain a clean, safe, welcoming classroom
• communicate with parents and guardians about milestones and daily progress
• collaborate with staff and leadership on classroom ratios and transitions.
