• Supervise, interview, hire, train, and develop CMP Marketing staff
• assign and direct work and conduct performance reviews
• monitor marketing penetration standards and prepare daily and weekly reports
• coordinate tour seats and marketing program changes with sales
• maintain invitations and tour manifests
• resolve booking and status issues
• order and maintain departmental supplies.
