Senior Estimator

What you'll do

• Develop conceptual estimates, bids, and pricing analyses
• perform quantity takeoffs
• maintain bid documentation and prepare subcontractor scopes
• estimate time, cost, and labor from drawings, specifications, and RFPs
• solicit subcontractor bids
• conduct site surveys
• develop budgets and RFIs
• maintain qualified bidder lists
• coordinate with marketing and internal teams during proposals
• communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
• research construction materials, pricing, and trends.
